Insurance

I currently accept:

• Cigna

I am also considered an out-of-network provider for many plans. I can provide a superbill that allows you to submit for potential reimbursement.

Coverage varies by plan, so I always recommend calling your insurance to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Rates

• Initial intake/ diagnostic session: $150

• Individual therapy (53 minutes): $150

• Couples therapy: $150

Payment is collected at the time of service.

Sliding Scale

I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots to increase access to care for those who may face financial barriers. Sliding scale fees are determined individually and begin at $150, with adjustments based on need, availability, and clinical fit.
